Sunday 18^th Mar	02:00: ramp and squeeze for optics measurement 04:11 Dump due to spurious BLM trigger Optics measurements ongoing during the squeeze. No beam form SPS (RF transmitter problem). 10:00 Beam available from SPS. 11:15: *Beta=0.6 m in IP1/5 with beam 1 and beam 2** 13:00 Optics measurements completed. 15:00: Spurious dump from FMCM_RD34.LR7. 17:00 ALICE and LHCb spectrometers/solenoids ON, all with polarity +. 17:30: Spurious dump from FMCM_RD34.LR7. 18:15: All separation and crossing bump angles ON at injection. 18:30: Ramp attempt with probes, separation and crossing ON. Problems with the tunes and tune FB at the first squeeze point. Lost beam2. 21:00: Another attempt of R&S with dynamic FB references. Dump at 262 s in squeeze. OK for OFB. 23:00 Decay measurements after ramp-down	9:00 meeting
Saturday 17^th Mar	Night: First global aperture measurements and validation of controlled transverse blow-up for loss maps and aperture measurements Ramped at 4 TeV. Again glitch in safe beam flag after the end of the ramp. Beam 2 dumped. Problem with extraction septum MSE.418 in SPS - no beam2 injection. 13:00 Ramp and squeeze test with B1. *16:35 Beta=0.6 m in IP1/5 with beam 1.** 18:00 Beam 2 not yet available from SPS go for optics measurements at 60 cm on beam 1 only. 19:30 Optics measurements at 60 cm completed. 20:00 No beam 2 form SPS yet. ==> Setting-up of damper with nominal bunches. Transverse blow-up setting-up for beam 2. 20:30 Beam 2 available	9:00 meeting
Friday 16^th Mar	FGC software update (RT trims). Access in PT1 for dump resistor in S81 and corrector. 10:30 Closing machine. 11:00 RQX.L2 tripped: problem with sub-converter - access required 12:45 machine closed - precycling No beam form PS: Main Power Supply problem (POPS) 15:30 Ready to inject 15:30 - 21:30 Setting-up of tune feedback and orbit feedback, setting-up of the controllled transverse blow-up 21:50: vacuum gauge outgassing ==> beam dump 22:30 Start ramp 22:43 Flat-top. 4 TeV with both beams Beam 2 dumped by glitch in the SAFE beam flag (noisy BPM.LSS6)	8:30 meeting
Thursday 15^th Mar	Morning : Optics measurements and corrections at 450 GeV. Beta-beating corrected to 5%.. In parallel Q and Q' measurement setup. Afternoon: transfer line steering with probe, BPM non-linearity scan in IR5, injection of nominal bunch. Evening: reference orbit with nominal bunch, BPM quality check, SIS orbit and COD interlock tests at injection. 20:00 Test of collimator setup with fast BLM acquisition. Night: BI shift	8:30 meeting
Wednesday 14^th Mar	Morning: machine closed, cycle tests, MKI tests 15:30 SPS ready. LHC completing MKI tests 17:30 Ready for injection but problem with SPS extraction for beam 1 and SMP distrribution. In parallel problem with the extraction of B1 (kicker MKE6), traced to a problem with an electronic card - replaced at 20:15, but new card has a problem and kick delay is not correct. 21:30 MKE6 delay problem solved - card configuration. 22:30 SMP problem fixed - repeater added on the BA4 side to increase signal in CCR/BA3. 23:00 Injecting into LHC. 23:40 B1 circulating. 00:30 B2 circulating. 01:00 Closed orbit corrected on both beams. Correcting Q and Q'. RF capture. Overnight RF capture tuning. 04:00 Start optics measurements.	8:30 meeting- checkout 08:30 meeting - beam commissioning
