The full Bx component is 3.084 Tm. Note, that it includes the tails of the field which were not measured but obtained from the extrapolation of the measured field by Tosca (the field in the measured region is 3.081 Tm). The max field is 0.6794 T.

Field direction horizontal

Following the conventations here

(reminder: for dipole correctors

• A positive horizontal kick on beam 1 deflect beam outwards. This implies a negative B field (down).
• A positive vertical kick on beam 1 deflects beam upwards. This implies negative skew dipole - field points outwards
• The agreement is that a positive current from the power converter should give a postive kick. This mean connecting postive to the B terminal. )

So for Alice

• Postive bump i.e. positive crossing angle at IP2.
• Negative kick in Alice dipole
• Positive B field in Alice dipole (field in)
• Negative current to terminal B  - i.e. negative polarity switch

etc.

For the turned RBXWTV.R2 postive current goes to A terminal to give + kick.
