In order to allow a remote access by the Sequencer. - Beam permit loops closed with BICs in point 6; - Link between BIS and LBDS installed and operational; - Beam permit loops able to be opened by timing system (programmed dumps); - BIS remotely armed by sequencer; BIC separation PM supression
