Would you please take note of the oncoming changes in access authorizations concerning the LHC access points for areas that have already received beam.

The LHC-TNL database was filled by all people who have LHC-HC and have a dosimeter. This was done a couple of weeks ago.

The problem cases will therefore be :

-          Those people who only have tokens and no dosimeter can no longer access through these access points.

-          Those people who have requested LHC-HC since 14th August and have not been automatically transferred to LHC-TNL. They should request LHC-TNL.

Note also that I will not sign any LHC-TNL access request for people who do not fulfill all criteria, including dosimeter and required training.
