LHC to run through the winter 2009 to 2010

• Normal operation of the whole complex up to mid-November 2009.
• Operation of Linac2, PSB, PS and SPS with (low-intensity) LHC beams only - on request from mid-November to the beginning of April.
• Technical stop through Christmas - first beam back into LHC mid-February
• Normal operation of the whole complex from April until end October 2010.
• Shutdown activities in other facilities can go on as normal, except where access to these areas is restricted by the continued operation of the machines.
• CNGS and North extraction are off for the normal shutdown period between December and ~April. ISOLDE, East area, AD will be also off.
