LHC requests are the following:

1. LHC is interested to get the measured average instantaneous luminosity plus standard error of order 1 Hz, matching the preferred time structure. This would allow to make it useful and efficient for VdM scans. For the VdM scans, we want to select data for each step in separation with short breaks of order of a second(s) to allow to step to the next point in separation.

2. Bunch-by-bunch luminosity plus standard error at the same maximum rate of about 1 Hz, but would accept a slower rate if necessary. Adjustable integration period to get the error down to acceptable, scenario dependent, level. ** HF based lumi is able to send the data at 1Hz, however the rate is an adjustable parameter that can be set as desired. I was wondering if these rates are feasible to match or are there any constraint that would require us to send the data at a slower rate to LHC. It will be great if we could agree on the communication rate in order to proceeds with our upcoming tests and preparation before the scans.
